Star Striker

This is a modification of [Avalanche](https://robocraftgarage.shaf.fun/robots/19), posted with permission. Minor aesthetics were removed and replaced with more-or-less proper routing, wheel chassis now has it's frame separate from the upper layers of armor, and some amor was moved from the rear to the front (see image 4: empty space)
